These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.flowerfantasy.co.za and all purchases made through it.

By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products and Services

FlowerFantasy provides fresh flowers, floral arrangements, and gift items.
All products are subject to availability.
Images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
FlowerFantasy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods include approved online payment gateways, EFT, and card payments.

All orders require full payment (including delivery fees and taxes) before the order is processed, customized, or scheduled for delivery. 

Orders will only be deemed “confirmed” once funds are successfully received and cleared in our account. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled

Delivery

Delivery is subject to the Shipping Policy published on this website.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made due to seasonal availability. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

Cancellations

Orders for same-day or next-day delivery cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Cancellation will only be accepted if the order has not been manufactured

Limitation of Liability

FlowerFantasy is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy and POPIA

Customer data is processed in accordance with POPIA.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
