Same day delivery except on weekends and public holidays. 24 hours on cultural, romantic and commercial holidays

Delivery Areas

FlowerFantasy delivers to selected locations within South Africa.

Delivery Times

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
Standard delivery takes between 1 and 3 business days.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.

Recipient Availability

The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Incorrect Address

FlowerFantasy is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Peak Periods
